1.) Engaging business owners who may want to sell their business 

2.) Educate the business owner who may want to sell their business 

3.)Work with business owners on the process of selling their business 

4.)Review findings and recommendations with business owners on business valuation 

5.)Discuss next steps and listing agreement with business owner 

6.)Seller listing agreement is signed by business owner 

7.)Complete the brokers six page business questionnaire and disclosure agreement 

8.)Determine potential buyers in a pipeline 

9.) Develop marketing plan and strategy to market the listing 

Business Broker Process:

1.) Educating buyers on our listings 

2.)Conduct a thorough buyer education and interview 

3.)Introducing potential buyers to the opportunities

a. Non-Disclosure agreement is signed by potential buyer 

b. Reviewing  preliminary business profile 

c. Contact each buyer after access is granted to confidential information memorandum

d. Determining if the potential buyer wanted to continue due diligence 

e. Receiving proof of funds from buyers 

4.) Approve potential buyers proof of funds 

a. Contact potential buyer: determining if potential buyer is engaged in continuing due diligence 

b. Scheduling buyer/ Seller call or meeting

5.) Commitment to submit offer 

6.) Broker drafts purchase offer or LOI with buyer

a. LOI is received 

7.) Buyer/seller call scheduled with broker to discuss extended due diligence and time frame

8.) Collection and sharing of confidential information between parties for due diligence

9.) Engage lender if necessary

10. ) engage attorneys and escrow agents 

11.) Close the deal
